- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2020-03-30, by Ian HearnBest place for cheese. We love the 5 year old cheddar... candy! Their curd I the best I have ever had. We go there frequently just for the curd. Plan to go on production day (4 times a week) for fresh squeaky curd and for their super mild, fresh pressed cheese. It is like curd in a block. Yum!
